Bad Service-----------------we do that during rush hours sometimes.
告知後才做
Sucked Service-------------Bosses r doing that all the time.
告知後不做
<有一些自稱會聽取員工意見的管理人員 來聽取意見 結果勒..比不過下一項>
Damn awful Service----------my Boss has been providing it to everyone.
有大頭或老闆認為的VIP來才做表面功夫
<過兩天本高級牛排館 因為老闆的老闆之類的人要到餐廳裡 老闆就變得好貼心喔!
把我們要求和客人反應約2年的爛刀子換新的 想必 內部顧客(員工)是不重要的
當然付錢吃飯的客人是也是比不上幾百年才來一次的陌生人>

TO READ !!!there r so much to learn from that journal however u have to suck up
,not just read it.
